| The deposit is required upon registration. Reservation and full payment cutoff date: May 16 th, 2007. Late reservations will be accepted upon availability. All cheques should be made payable to Tianjiao International Education Group (Canada) Ltd. Receipts will be issued for all payments. The roundtrip international airfares, cultural exchange lessons of calligraphy, paper cutting and Taiji, five - or four- star hotel accommodation and full buffet breakfast, admission fees to all tourist sites and events, all meals listed in the itinerary , ground transportation, English speaking tour guides, chartered tour buses , and all taxes are all included in the cost. Trip cancellation insurance is available upon request at the cost of the participant. Travel Visa for China is not included. |

Airline baggage policy: For most airlines, 2 pieces/32 kg each plus one carry on/6kg each will be allowed . Please double check with the airline baggage policy before departure as different airlines have different baggage policies. Check-in time is 2 .5 hours prior to departure.. |

Travel Visa for China: Vancouver Consulate General of People's Republic of China : 1338 West Broadway; Tel: (604) 734-7492 ; Operating Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm from Monday to Friday . For a normal visa request you will need one recent passport -size photograph , valid passport and the fee. The fee for one entry travel visa costs $50. The visa is usually handed out 3 business days after the visa has been requested. There is also an express visa service, where you may obtain your visa the same day at a higher cost and all express requests must be done before 11:00 am. Please note that the Chinese Visa Section is very busy and there is a long wait if you decide to arrive late. There is an application form that must be completed beforehand . This application form can be downloaded from the website of Visa section of the Chinese consulat e or you can ask us to send you one by fax. People from the east coast please contact Toronto Consulate General of China. A pplication s by mail are no longer a ccepted. We can provide visa application service for people who are not able to show up themselves. If you need visa application service, please send your signed application form, your passport which is valid for at least 6 months after the departure date, one passport-size photo, and a cheque of payment by mail. The total cost is $ 120 including visa application fee, service fee, and express mail fee to send back your passport and visa. Please contact us for this service. |

Opera and Show Options: Beijing Opera and Tang Dynasty Palace Music & Dance in Xi'an are two special show options for you. Each costs $20 per person including admission and transportation. Tipping: A tip is an appreciation for the good service of the staff. An eight-dollar tip per day per person for the tour leader, local tour guide and the driver is suggested. It will be collected in the pre-trip meeting. If the bell boy helps you with your luggage, two dollars for a luggage make a good gratuity.. |
